Last updated: February 24, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StudioBloom (studiobloom.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Description of Service

StudioBloom provides a web-based class management platform for independent studios. The service enables studio owners to publish class schedules, accept registrations, process payments, collect digital waivers, and manage students. Users of the service browse classes, register themselves or their dependents, and make payments.

Accounts

Studio owners create accounts to manage their studio. Parents and guardians create accounts to register for classes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Studio owners connect their own Stripe account to receive payments from parent registrations. StudioBloom facilitates the payment process but is not a party to the transaction between studio owners and parents. All payments, refunds, and disputes are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Studio Owner Responsibilities

As a studio owner using StudioBloom, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your class schedules, pricing, and studio information
  • The content of your participation waivers
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations regarding your studio operations
  • Managing your own Stripe account, including refunds and disputes
  • The privacy and appropriate handling of family and student data collected through the platform

Registrant Responsibilities

As someone registering for classes through StudioBloom, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about yourself and any dependents you are registering
  • Reviewing and understanding any waivers before signing
  • Payment for registered classes
  • Communicating directly with the studio regarding class-specific policies (cancellations, makeups, etc.)

Acceptable Use

You may not use StudioBloom to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

The StudioBloom platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by StudioBloom. Content uploaded by studio owners (photos, descriptions, waiver text) remains the property of the studio owner. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it as part of the service.

Service Availability

We strive to keep StudioBloom available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

StudioBloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using StudioBloom at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow retrieval, after which it may be deleted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
