StudioBloom ("we," "our," or "us") operates the studiobloom.app platform, a class management service for independent studios. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly when using StudioBloom:

• Studio owners: Name, email address, studio name, studio address, phone number, and Stripe account information for payment processing.
• Students and registrants: Name, email address, phone number, and information about dependents (name, date of birth) when registering minors for class registration purposes.
• Payment information: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the StudioBloom service
• Process class registrations and payments
• Send transactional emails (registration confirmations, magic link sign-ins, class notifications)
• Enable communication between studio owners and registered families
• Improve our service

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. When you make a payment, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of payment but do not have access to your full card details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With studio owners: When you register for a class, the studio owner can see your name, email, phone number, and registrant information for the purpose of managing their studio.
• With Stripe: For payment processing.
• When required by law: If we are legally obligated to disclose your information.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and regular security updates. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Minors' Privacy

StudioBloom collects limited information about minors (name, date of birth) only as provided by their parent or guardian for the purpose of class registration. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@studiobloom.app. Studio owners can delete family and student data from their dashboard.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session (keep you signed in) and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an update on our website.
